What do you mean by Members and Contacts?

Members are people in your member database who can login, and you can include them in all of the admin, communication and member management features.

Contacts are also people in your member database, but their login access is set to ‘disabled’. You can still include them in all of the admin, communication and member management features.

Other pricing information

Here are the other charges you need to be aware of as part of the hosting service we provide...

Processing Payments:
• Online Donations and Event Bookings with Hubb Processing is charged at 2.2% + 20p per transaction
• Shop sales with Hubb Processing are charged at 2.5% + 25p per transaction

Audio and Video Storage Costs:
With your Hubb system you pay for extra media storage and data transfer if you go over our fair usage policy allowances.

Media Storage:
The number of gigabytes (GB) of audio/video files you can store on our system at no extra cost. 100GB Fair Usage Allowance. Extra gigabytes are charged at 15p/GB, per month.

Media Transfer:
The number of gigabytes (GB) of audio/video files that can be streamed or downloaded from your site each month at no extra cost per month. 100GB Fair Usage Allowance. Extra gigabytes are charged at 20p/GB, per month.

SMS
SMS messages (if used) are charged at 7p+VAT each.

Sub Sites:
You can have sub-sites, as part of a main site, with their own separate domain name pointing at them, for an extra £10/month. Ideal for a church with an adjoining community-centre for example.
