Domain billing

To keep things simple, we bill every two years, and the payment is taken from the account you use for your monthly subscription with Hubb. Costs are per year, and you will be invoiced every two years.

Use your domain name for your emails

We know that most churches want their email addresses to use their domain name.

For example, thetownchurch.org.uk is a church website address. The church can also have email addresses such office@thetownchurch.org.uk, minister@thetownchurch.org.uk and john@thetownchurch.org.uk.

We can help you setup your emails in the same way using your domain name.

Email pricing (per mailbox)

Please note: you cannot mix the basic, advanced and pro levels for your domain. You have to pick one plan for all of your mailboxes.

Email forwarding

As an example, let’s say you have registered a domain name like thetownchurch.org.uk. We can setup up to 5 email addresses using that domain, such as hello@thetownchurch.org.uk or john@thetownchurch.org.uk. When someone sends an email to one of those addresses, you can get them redirected to your personal email. Any replies you send back will come from your personal email address.

This is the cheapest and most basic way of getting a nice incoming email address. We give up to 5 email forwarding addresses and an easy to use system to manage them.

Pricing:
£3 per month for up to 5 forwards.
Additional sets of up to 5 forwards cost an extra £3/month.

Our email solution is hosted in the cloud, just like Hubb, so you can access all of your emails wherever you are. You can also add them to your mail client like Outlook or Apple mail.

Great on mobiles

The webmail can be added to your mobile phone home screen. You can also get notifications – it really is a very modern and handy email solution for your church, staff and volunteers.

Setup and support

Hubb will set up your emails for you and provide ongoing support. You don’t have to worry about setting up an enterprise email solution like Office 365 or Google Workspace.
